Lindsey DeMars is a writer, director, storyboard artist, animator, and independent filmmaker based in Los Angeles, CA. She is writing this bio in the 3rd person point of view because she takes herself very, very seriously. 

 

     Lindsey studied Experimental Film & Animation at the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) where she created silly cartoons that have screened at film festivals such as Animation Block Party and Animafest Zagreb.

 

     She has professional experience as a storyboard artist in both feature and TV animation, as well as writing, directing, and animating comedy shorts for clients such as Adult Swim, Fox, Bento Box, Hulu, Adim Inc, Bizaar Studios, Buzzfeed, and more.

 

     Most recently, Lindsey is storyboarding at Adult Swim on an upcoming TV show 'Haha, You Clowns’ created by Joe Cappa. She’s also creating an original short film for Adult Swim SMALLS, and working towards developing her own projects for TV and Film. 

 

     Lindsey aims to create character-driven comedy for kids, teens, and adults that satirize the mundane aspects of everyday life and poke fun at those lacking self-awareness. ​
